i just saw your rock paintings and it is amazing but last month i went out bush to get fire wood and collected some river rocks with the idea of painting animals on them i had a folkart teacher years ago who painted amazing animals on rocks and for some reason i remembered that and thought i would give it ago and now seeing yours i am more determined to find the time to try.
cheers

Glad you found the tip useful. Look forward to seeing you use it in your work
warm wishes and take care

I noticed your comment on Donna's page about drawing cat whiskers. I assume you mean white ones? Anyway this is how I do it: Draw a guidline lightly in pencil immediately above where you want the whisker to go. Take a ballpoint pen with no ink it it and draw across the page right underneath your pencil line. This will indent the paper. Make sure you have no paper underneath as the indent will carry through. Erase the guide lines. Shade over the top. Viola...whiskers!
BTW I am also going to to Donna's advice and by one of those pens as well.
I have used the technique above in my cloud leopard drawing.
best wishes
Chris

Thanks for your comment on my "other" work, and I would love to groom your little poodle anytime. Dogs and art have become a big part of my life and I think I would be miserable without it.
Tina :-)
