Where are you from?: Ramona, California

What's your favorite medium (i.e. acrylics, watercolor, oils etc)?: Charcoal

How long have you been drawing or painting?: Few months now

Tell us a bit about yourself:: Originally from Georgia, I'm a 23 year old college student (university in the fall, yay!) majoring in International Studies in Linguistics. My dream is to go to medical school after I finish my BA. Maybe then I can afford more materials for artwork! I'm married to a wonderful man that I met in the Marine Corps (I have pictures if you don't believe me ;) ). We've been married almost 3 years now, and we have a miniature dachshund named Guenther who is our spoiled rotten little baby. Currently, I'm taking my second drawing class, and have just recently started to play with new media, to include pastels, watercolors, and acrylics. My absolute favorite artist, and new source of inspiration, is Paul Klee.

Guenty is ALWAYS in the way. He has to be the center of attention, and can't stand it when you're doing something other than paying attention to him.

Here he's resting his head on my laptop while I check out the site.

Here he squeezed his way under my husband's notebook and into his lap.

Here I was painting (hence the towel/apron thing) and since he couldn't reach my lap, he chose to lie down underneath me.
