Hi, always try to recycle, I hate to throw anything away that's still usable! I have to fit in all the time I can in the yard, our summer is so short here. Gerri

Hi Di, no we actually didn't do the landscaping. When we were both working full time no one had the time to take care of the yard, so we told a designer what we wanted and had it done. The pond is still a lot of work, but worth it. Gerri

Hi Rita,, Love your Rooms..

You sew as well!! I see you do quilting..
I recognise the clock on the wall on your second picture.. I am sure I have seen the clock from another friends photo on this Post!!! Whats hanging on the wall to the side of the clock Rita,, and what is in all those storage boxes!! Wonderful room

The Third room ~ you have the perfect easel.. I like the way yours stands .. Ive got 3 upright easels with 3 legs.. and I dont think the are too rigid,. so I tend to use my table top easel.. But Yours is looking very rigid.. Very Practical.. Love the paintings on the wall,, Thats yours the chair and table ,, I recognise it.. Did you paint the one on the left!!
You are A Very Lucky Girl to have 3 rooms to yourself!!!

Oh you quilt too. I knew we had a lot in common. My friends are great admirers of my quilts but I'm not as generous with giving my quilts as I am my paintings. In fact I making a crayon quilt for my grandaughter right now, I love to color.

I admire all quilters,, I tried it once and was so time consuming, but some good came out of it, cos one of my daughters took to quilting,, so I bought her a needle box and lots of different fabrics.. She is grown up now.. But I know she will take back to quilting some day..

I sew, I love to make curtains these days,, yrs ago I was always sewing making clothes for my girls.. but time moves on.. and It Gives me Great Pleasure to see that You not only paint but you also sew..

Gosh We are A Great Community of Artists Extending to Sewing,, Music and Beyond..

Hi Mary, It must be nice painting outside on your balcony especially when the sun is shining.. But also looks as if your balcony is covered, so the rain wont stop you painting..
Look forward to viewing your new art room soon!! Hope you Post it
