I am not blowing them up but now you have suggested it I know what to do next time... it was a major challenge as I was comparing the details all the time and I simply do not paint the same way as I did 18 months ago which is when I did the original....x
You want to be here....it is our third day of gales, today my side gate has been turned into splinters. I live looking out on the sea -today it is force 9 and climbing. I dislike the rain so much when it is cyclonic!!! Cheers Lizzy.

Hello Rita - thnak you for your comment on my painting - The one you have done and uploaded at the same time is lovely - and I have really enjoyed viewing your pictures - the sketches are great - a great resource and beautiful. Kind regards John
Honestly Rita, have had another good look and I really wouldn't touch it again, it looks so nice and loose, had a look mainly to see if it needed any more darks to lift that leaf out, but you've already got some in there, it's a very unusual piece and I really like it..... maybe someone else will have more idea but if it were me I'd be extremely happy with that one!!
Thanks for your comments Rita, love your slide show, what a wonderful idea to add pictures to your busy days, and your water color paintings are truly stunning! Way to go girl!
Thanks for the comments Rita, have just tried to leave a comment on your last post, but won't add, am having awful trouble with the site.. driving me mad, any way this is the comment

Hi Rita, as I have no access to the first part of Geoff video, what are his three recommended colours, i know, red blue and yellow, but which ones....?
Yes, I have 3 cats and for some reason this one in paticular acts like you have violated him when you take his pic!! Even if I'm taking a photo of one of my other cat's he meows and stomps off, which of course distracts the perfect moment I had of t…

I remember you asking me if ACEOs really sold for $20, so I sent you a link to an Ebay auction of an ACEO which was over £50. Then I realised that the seller had posted a normal size painting in the ACEO section. Anyway, here's another one
