art group canceled today. i spent it painting and a bunch of other stuff. the main problem I am trying to solve now is a really good honest artist to critique my work. I left one at the printers for an artist that is I am told a master. I believe my source. I told her to tell the artist that I was born a poor blind child and it was my first painting ever. I hope that helps make me take the truth easier! since I was surrounded by water color it was time to get acrylic input. whoa i just cleaned my studio. what a wreck it gets every single day.I took one chair out for good tonight. The thrift store people are picking up a load tomorrow I will let them take it. it is part of my de- cluttering my stuff. I am think of either throwing out my old canvas pictures or cutting them off and shoving them all in one tube. yes I will do that great idea.

this is my texture learning cape buffalo. lots of people think i should go back to watercolor. i can see their point but practice makes perfect

Everyone me included always wondered why water colors don't often command the $ and respect they deserve. For me now I think it is because I can be much more in your face with acrylics. Don't get me wrong I have a house of watercolors from different artists.
