Support Your Local Arts Community
A great way to find unqiue items.
There are so many ways to support the local arts and artist. You can visit local galleries, Check out community art shows, and check local musicians just to name a few. One of my personal favorites is the "Art Walk" which is usually done in areas with many galleries, studios, and/or Artist Villages. They are usually colorful,fun, and interesting. No two are ever alike, and you get a chance to meet the Artist/Musician, and get to hear first hand about their story of inspiration, or even their own interpetation of their pieces of work. So with the Holidays approaching, and you looking for unique gifts for friends and family don't forget to check out the local arts scene in your area.
