A bit about me - I have recently started in pastels and seem to getting along ok and would hope to get some good honest critique on future offerings. I have a lot more time on my hands as I am at home more now.

There is so much advice to find here and many talented people that I really hope to learn and gain experience from. I like the fact that the site is aimed at people at all levels and encouarages beginners like myself.
Update: Just to say how glad I am that I joined IDAP. So happy I have made so many lovely friends and people have been very generous with their lovely comments which in turn has given me great encouragement. Best wishes to you all:)

She sure is a cute little critter. I didn't have the right colors (or wasn't successful in blending them), but I do like her anyway. It's done in Derwent Colorsoft pencil on 9 x 12" drawing pad paper.
