Hi Andrew I think it's a great painting and you
seem to have mastered the acrylics. My only suggestion is that I think the shadows on her back are a little dark.Your other painting is also very good , did you paint it on a surfboard?
Hi Jason unless your going to use very dark colours the pencil will show through. Maybe use water colour pencils instead. Thining acrylics with water or using a medium will help with transparency. Hope this helps you.

hey there thanks for you comments ,i agree with you the shadows look a little dark ,i also need to try and get a better photo of it , you know what now that you said it ,on a surf board would have been a great place to paint it ,always next time , thanks
Carol, Thank you so much for your comments on my purse,the rose,s are fabric and the Eagles are painted on,you can flip the cover on the purse by the buttons on the back

This is a very good portrait. Payne's grey I find very good for black and white subjects, although you do seems to have other colours mixed with it? Quite a bit of red? Well done.
