Hi Andrew I think it's a great painting and you
seem to have mastered the acrylics. My only suggestion is that I think the shadows on her back are a little dark.Your other painting is also very good , did you paint it on a surfboard?

Hi Jason unless your going to use very dark colours the pencil will show through. Maybe use water colour pencils instead. Thining acrylics with water or using a medium will help with transparency. Hope this helps you.

- hey there thanks for you comments ,i agree with you the shadows look a little dark ,i also need to try and get a better photo of it , you know what now that you said it ,on a surf board would have been a great place to paint it ,always next time , thanks

This is a very good portrait. Payne's grey I find very good for black and white subjects, although you do seems to have other colours mixed with it? Quite a bit of red? Well done.
