Deep In Thought
"I love this painting, I do like a single figure in a landscape. I have tried in the past, but my figures tend to be a bit static, movement is difficult to portray. It remind me a little of the effects the Twinings tea advert is saying, getting back…"

- Recently retired from the civil service and try to draw or paint everyday. I think I am improving but need feedback. Also I have attended evening classes and now need to move on to a professional artist which I will do in the spring. I am unhappy doing landscapes, prefer portraits or animals.

Hi Susan, just checking in with you, I have seen your wonderful picture of the apples that you posted in the Acrylics group of which I am a member. I am very much looking forward to painting this one, but in preparation I have done a CP's sketch, would you mind if I posted that sketch as a contribution to the Coloured Pencils Group?
