Another people filled scene, I love it I don't care if some figures are out of perspective, proportion or what, your watercolors with lots of figures make me feel I'm missing something by not being there.

Fantastic, I can feel the excitement of the game and the action of it leaves me breathless! I love how the figure in the stripped shirt stands out a little from the rest. This painting almost looks like it was done with pastels. You have a wonderf...

Tell us a bit about yourself:
I love to paint and am mostly self taught. I belong to a number of art forums online and love the interaction with other artists and sharing our enthusiasm for painting. I paint mostly with oils and in the last year or two dabble with watercolors and acrylics. I love landscapes, still life, portrait and other. Painting for profit is not where it's at for me, I paint for the sheer joy and wonder of it and do not sell my work. I'm happy to say some of my paintings have found new homes around the world.
I love being member of art forums not only is it fun but very educational as well.
I think about painting all the time; it's the main reason for my insomnia depriving me of a good night's rest!
Here's my website if you want to see more of my work and if you like it, please sign my guestbook with your comments.

Richard Kaiser was a painter........1868....1941 So I guess he cant sue me. I don't sell my stuff anyway. They find other homes to hang around in. I got his book from our library with the picture in the book. There are more I will try. Ginny

Good morning Shrl, no your computer is working just fine. Some people like me , only send out a notification once in awhile. At one point we had so many going out it was hard to keep up. For me I really try to answer each one , and that is sometimes overwhelming to me. I know in order to send out a mass notication you can only do 100, so that is a reason I keep my friends list to 100. I go through periodcally and delete people I haven't heard from in months. Everything changes, So when you want me to view something please send out a note. Have a great day. Rita

Hi Shri,
I haven't sold any pics in Egypt yet, when I have enough I will sell them and give money to the poor and orphans.
After I moved from England to Scotland I set up a small art business, exhibiting and taking commissions so obviously I sold to earn money but I also made paintings for my own pleasure.
art costs money especially here as most materials are imported here.
Selling work is an individual matter depending on motives for painting.
Hope all that is helpful
Rob
