- I have discovered a passion for watercolour. I seem to be drawn to people, specifically children, but find I need to relax my brushwork. I started out far too detailed and think I need to learn a looser more relaxed approach. I feel that children do not lend themselves to a looser brush stroke approach. Is this my own conception or can someone show me how I might relax my brushstrokes in portraits.
