- I am an art teacher at The Paint Basket (http://www.paintbasket.com). Originally from South Africa, I now live in New Zealand.
I have been painting and drawing since 1996 and teaching since 2000.
I prefer to work in Oils or Pencil, but also enjoy acrylic and pastel

I often know a picture isn't right but can't see why. She sure is a cute little critter. I didn't have the right colors (or wasn't successful in blending them), but I do like her anyway. It's done in Derwent Colorsoft pencil on 9 x 12" drawing pad paper.
