Hi Nikita,
Frank has just given you an excellent tip. I use this often, also try putting your original and painting upside down. This helps too. I know one professional artist in Spain who paints all his portraits upside down, so it obviously works!…
Quite good but check on your eyes in a mirror and check on the eyes in your portrait
I know i need alot of work and practice...This is a potrait of my neice and I miss her as she is attending Nursing School across country. This is my second attempt. Any feedback is appreciated!

- I am a proud wife of 26 years ....raised our neice who is now in Nursing School ....I work in a downtown lawfirm and i have come back to painting.... I am self taught and live to better my work in art. I am glad to be among a fine comunity of artist who share a common bond of fellowship.

This is a very good portrait. Payne's grey I find very good for black and white subjects, although you do seems to have other colours mixed with it? Quite a bit of red? Well done.
