I am still a bit poorly with the tail end of the cold I had - it has affected my breathing and also I have sinus probs - my eyes are all swollen and achy - I am trying not to have an antibiotic cos they mess my digestion up so much - so I am doing all the other stuff I can - throwing everything at it really LOl
