"LIZ said it all IMHO.i i've done a single object drawing/painting with nothing as far as background and ones that are.
its all in personal opinion.
just as said why spoil a drawing/painting by adding a background if you think it id finished…"

- Few months now, I'm returning to art after a long lay off
- Tell us a bit about yourself:
- Currently, I'm working full-time as an insurance agent in a small State Farm office in Livermore, CA. I try to get in some drawing every day, but don't always achieve that goal. I'll try to post some of my artwork this weekend when I can upload drawings to my computer at home. This looks like a very friendly and supportive group of people.

She sure is a cute little critter. I didn't have the right colors (or wasn't successful in blending them), but I do like her anyway. It's done in Derwent Colorsoft pencil on 9 x 12" drawing pad paper.
