Tell us a bit about yourself:
I won my first Art Contest in 1st grade and never looked back. I worked in Costume design for over ten years and came back to my roots in Art after my Husband passed away. It was Therapy that has turned into something I cannot live without. I mostly paint in acrylic and oil and have recently discovered the world of watercolor pencil. I like both traditionally and modern/Contemporary art. I tend to fit somewhere in between. I love pop art and pop culture and this normally reflects in my subject choices, though I'm always open to trying new ideas and knew techniques, even if I fail miserably...lol

Who am I?

I'm an artist. Or at least I play one on the internet...lol. I left art behind many years ago. Even though I left traditional Drawing begind, I discovered pastels over a year ago and then I got back into painting. I realized that all my life, I should have been an artist. I sometimes kick myself for not discovering earlier in life, what I feel I must do. I've always been creative. I've done intricate embroidery, made historical costumes, did weaving and glassmaking.
