This is a bit heart wrenching. Makes you want to comfort the poor little fellow, he sure looks worried. Isn't it funny how whatever we're feeling comes out in our painting, you say you've been in a weird dark mood............came through hey!

Acrylic on 140lb Watercolor paper. Not sure If I'm done with it yet. I've been in a weird and dark mood lately.
Awesome work Oggy! I also like to take a break ad do abstracts. I think it's good for the creative mind to just let loose and be spontaneous with our creativity Well done. .

- I won my first Art Contest in 1st grade and never looked back. I worked in Costume design for over ten years and came back to my roots in Art after my Husband passed away. It was Therapy that has turned into something I cannot live without. I mostly paint in acrylic and oil and have recently discovered the world of watercolor pencil. I like both traditionally and modern/Contemporary art. I tend to fit somewhere in between. I love pop art and pop culture and this normally reflects in my subject choices, though I'm always open to trying new ideas and knew techniques, even if I fail miserably...lol

Who am I?
I'm an artist. Or at least I play one on the internet...lol. I left art behind many years ago. Even though I left traditional Drawing begind, I discovered pastels over a year ago and then I got back into painting. I realized that all my life, I should have been an artist. I sometimes kick myself for not discovering earlier in life, what I feel I must do. I've always been creative. I've done intricate embroidery, made historical costumes, did weaving and glassmaking.
