- I am a practicing dentist In addition to painting, I like and create bonsai trees. I stared watercolor 4 years ago. Regarding my art, this year I have had two collective expositions,In Tapalpa Jal, and Camara de Comercio de Guadalajara Jal. and the first place that opened these doors was Aquanet. - THES DAY ITS A SAD DAY .Cia Price has passed away
The following has just been posted on Cia's group by her son This is Cia's middle child Kendall. Mom has passed away peacefully this morning. Thank all of you for yourloving support. It means a lot to us. I'd encourage you to go her YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/ArtmakerMeToday and see my Mom do what she loved so much , which is teach people aboutwatercolor. Doc Ferguson said… - Fatima: What wonderful work that you do: I would like you to view the Native American and Pioneer group: This is a new Group and we have people contributing from Alaska to the borders of Mexico. You have a talent of drawing a wild horse which is important to the Native people. Since Spain introduce the horse the Natives were trained to break horses and utilize them to gather food much easier. We have had paintings from the S.W. Natives but until now I have not found an artist to contribute to the Mexican Natives which were very much apart of the Native Americans since what we call the 1st People. You would be a great asset to this site. Our goal is to educate, enlighten the public of the importance of our Native cousins. There are no restrictions to the use of the media. Please read the comments of stories of the 1st. People. Landscapes, animals, people in ancient costumes of the 1st. People and the importantance of foods are important to the site. I perhaps would not label this "contemporary". Rather, it harkens back to very old Japanese stylistic painting. Its beautiful, but .....
