- Tell us a bit about yourself:
- I started painting seriously in 1980 alhough I had been drawing all my life. I was originally a water colour artist painting landscapes. In 1984 I discovered the pastel pencil medium and devloped the techniques that have become popular with pastel artistsaround the world that were interested in more detailed work. I am married with 4 children and 4 grandchildren. Now semi retired, I enjoy golf, reading, old radio programmes and old western films.

I came across your work at the Arts and Hobbycraft show at Birmingham NEC in 2006 (the last one you did I think) while I was looking for something to be creative with again and I think I found my medium with the pastel pencils. I am going back to your site to look for more. I do have a box of pastel pencils from france, my husband got me eons ago, so just maybe... LOL. I am into value and colors now, and doing some easy sketching. dso, i have to learn noot to put too much on my plate, so i won;t get so dragged in so many directions.
