I would have loved to have seen that exhibition Brian. Have you seen the Elgin Marbles? That horses head is so beautiful and so real. I was waiting for it to breathe. fantastic!
Thank's Brian. I did that painting with the left over paints from doing my swan. It seems to have worked ok.
Cheer's my friend,
Terry.

Lea Sapsford said… Hi Brian the answer about the glass I was holding the dots were like dimples in the glass (although, the glass was smooth to the touch) and the shadowing behind is my distorted fingers. I hope that makes some sort of sense. Lea x

Get some of the rough grade practice paper from the SAA Brian. It is much, much cheaper than buying watercolour paper in the usual way and they do it in sizes up to full Imperial. Good value pal.
Thanks Brian. I am not a very confident painter and I don't like most of the paintings I do at first. But when I put them aside they seem to grow on me after a while. I was going to paint over this one but now i'm glad I didn't. Bless you pal.
Anne-Marie said… Brian................I really hope that you get your way!! I couldn't even contemplate life without my slobbery, hairy, smelly dogs by my side!! I'd rather have dirty pawprints on my kitchen floor and the unconditional love of a dog than a pristine house any day!! Good Luck, Brian.......let me know if your wish is granted!! Anne-Marie x
