Hello Bolivar, I think this is a fantastic drawing as it is. The face is so beautifully drawn, a lovely expression. If you want to do a watercolour, do another one and keep this as a reference. For skin tones I always mix my own from cadmium yello...

Hey Bolivar, If you want to make the face darker, try rubbing a cotton swab over the pencil and apply it to the paper with light strokes. That way, you can create depth by leaving the highlights.....tip of the nose, middle of the forehead, cheeks ...

Tell us a bit about yourself:: I love to draw a lot. I like black/white drawings with shadows, but colors are hard to me. I wished to use them more. I am keen on watercolors pencils. But conté and ink drawing are the best for me.

Guarapari ES, healthy beaches.

Some photos where me and my family used to spend summer vacations (december, january and february) since 1969 till today. A city full of peace and good people spending days resting, bathing and swimming in the sea and also getting a suntan. Amazing place. Good to relax, to read, to draw and paint, to swim, to ge healthy.
