Jan Animal Challenge - "U" - Utahraptor - Aka "Uri"
A3 140gm Semi rough H3 - B6 graphite. 'Uri' took about 6 hours over three nights. He is a relative of Velociraptor but very much larger, at 6.5 metres long, lasting about 32 million years, give or take a few. Apparently developed bird like features later. Good fun to draw, the textures and shading, though many different variations to choose from. But i'm no 'palientologist' (Dino expert)!!
