Damn good, a little deeper shading under her chin will bring it forward, The light in the photo seems to be coming from the upper right mostly. Her cheek, her right side. shade a little darker and add the reflected light from her blouse. It will make the cheek turn under slightly and again add more dimension. on her left create a stronger plan in front of her ear it will give her skull a realistic effect. I found that creating stronger plans, it accentuates the subject. beautiful drawing.
