How to Fix Most Bugs

From time to time, some members will experience bugs on the site - from trouble uploading photos to issues with signing in.  Very occasionally it really is a genuine bug that affects everyone.  But most of the time it's down to one simple thing...

Using Internet Explorer to surf the Internet!

The latest versions of Internet Explorer aren't too bad (but not great either).  However, many people are still using an old version (developed by Microsoft in 2001) that just can't cope with many features in social network websites like this one.

Here's what to do...

I highly recommend you use Firefox to browse the Web - not just for this site, but all websites.  Why?  Because it's quicker, more user-friendly, much more robust and most importantly... far less prone to glitches, bugs and crashes!

Firefox is completely free and it doesn't mean you can't still use Internet Explorer too.  When you download Firefox it just appears as an extra icon on your desktop and you can choose between it and Internet Explorer whenever you want to surf the Net.

I'd be willing to bet a few days of using Firefox and you'll never go back to using Internet Explorer!
