I checked out the photo on the June Challenge as a comparison, and your painting is excellent! I spent about two cups of coffee (he he) enjoying the painting as I looked at all the detail you put in. The colors and different variations of texture on the bridge was wonderful. The clouds and color variation in the sky was so pleasing. I would love to see this in person and perhaps a much larger size (like a full sheet of watercolor paper). I had a time trying to see the building in the background, but when I checked out the photo, it appeared in the distance about the same. If you do do it on a larger size paper, I would like for the building to show up "as a building" a little better so the viewer does not have to lean close to try to be sure they know what it is.

You did such an excellent job of this, I think you should not be afraid to tackle ANYTHING! You go girl!
